Property Brothers: Forever Home S1:E4

Food and Family

Newlyweds Ora and Diego live with Diego's parents and grandparents in their single level-home in Richmond, VA. The brothers help them expand that single-level home so they can better enjoy family time before freshening up the house's curb appeal.

Dream Home in the Vegas Suburbs

When Troy and Susan found out they were having a third child, they bought a new house in the Las Vegas suburbs for them to grow into. While they love their spacious house, the awkward main floor layout prevents them from having the family home they'd dream.

Fostering an Upgrade

Jonathan and Drew upgrade a super-sized family's home to give them a modern space the next generation can enjoy.

Suburban Vegas Upgrade

Though they fell in love with their suburban Las Vegas home 13 years ago, raising three boys has taken its toll and it's now tired and severely outdated. Jonathan and Drew come up with a plan for their kitchen, living room, dining room, family room and workout room that leaves them with a home that's ready for the next chapter of their busy lives.

Las Vegas Classic

After living in the Las Vegas suburbs for years, a couple finally settled down in an older home with character closer to the city. While they love the square footage and the classic vibe, the home is in desperate need of an update. Jonathan and Drew Scott are on hand to tackle the kitchen, office, mudroom and master bathroom to help create a perfect home where they can live with their two teenage sons for the long haul.

JD and Annalee

Drew and Jonathan's brother JD bought a bachelor pad in a historic Las Vegas neighborhood eight years ago. Since then, he's met the love of his life and recently proposed to her. With the wedding just a few months away, JD and his fiancee Annalee want the outdated abode transformed into a dreamy newlywed home. Now it's up to the brothers to take on a full-scale renovation that leaves their sibling and future sister-in-law with the forever home of their dreams.

Big House, Awkward Layout

As newlyweds, a couple bought a large, six-bedroom house in Las Vegas with the dream of filling it up with a big family. Three children later, the home's awkward main floor layout leaves some rooms underutilized while others are worn out from overuse. Jonathan and Drew tackle the kitchen, living room, dining room and mudroom to give this family a forever home in which every inch works for the chaos of daily life.

Keep the Charm, Not the Layout

Since buying their Las Vegas house as newlyweds, a couple's charming home is bursting at the seams with the addition of two kids and a mother-in-law. The home's vintage character is part of its charm but the old-school layout simply no longer works. Jonathan and Drew are prepared to leave all the classic charm while completely transforming the kitchen, dining room, mudroom and all-new in-law suite.

Four Generations and Counting

A couple's two daughters are the fourth generation to live in their home, but the cramped layout isn't functional for their modern family. Jonathan and Drew transform the house while preserving its history to ensure it works for generations to come.

Raise the Kids, Ignore the House

A couple has put their all into raising their two teen boys, but they have neglected to give their aging house the love it needed. Drew and Jonathan step in and overhaul the tired living room, kitchen and dining room.

House Proud

A couple is raising their two girls in the same neighborhood where they grew up. However, their house is so worn-out that their kids are embarrassed. Jonathan and Drew update the kitchen, living room, dining area and basement, leaving them with a home in which they can all be proud.

Family Home Refresh

A couple that bought their home when they were newlyweds are frustrated by the dated kitchen, lack of storage, and closed-off main floor. Jonathan and Drew overhaul the spaces to create a fresh, modern home that will work for years.

Changing It Up for Teenagers

A single mom's house lacks space for teenage hangouts and family baking sessions. Jonathan and Drew tackle multiple rooms to give the trio a home where all of their family and friends can hang out in comfort and style.
