Episode 1

On the morning of Cha Dal-bong's first day of work, he runs into an unexpected problem on the subway. The kids all forget Cha Sun-bong's birthday.

Episode 2

Kang Seo-ul shows up at the Cha family's home declaring she's there to marry Dal-bong. Meanwhile, Dal-bong sets out to quit his scam of a job.

Episode 3

Dal-bong begs the family to let Seo-ul stay with them. Moon Tae-ju is convinced Cha Gang-sim has ulterior motives toward his father.

Episode 4

Moon Dae-o orders Tae-ju to apologize to Gang-sim and bring her back to the company. At a shopping mall, Seo-ul spots a familiar pickpocket.

Episode 5

As Gang-sim starts working under Tae-ju, they engage in a battle of wills. Yoon Eun-ho realizes his connection to Seo-ul.

Episode 6

Cha Gang-jae's girlfriend crosses a line with him. Dae-o asks Gang-sim to pull off an impossible task. Eun-ho takes Seo-ul to a baseball game.

Episode 8

The Cha family is showered with gifts from Kwon Hyo-jin's mother. Someone who's supposed to be overseas returns home with a whole lot of trouble in tow.

Episode 9

A flat tire delays Gang-sim and Tae-ju's drive home from a work trip. No Yeong-seol finally shows her face to her husband and the rest of the family.

Episode 10

Hyo-jin has an unfortunate first impression of Gang-jae's family. At work, Seo-ul discovers Eun-ho passed out inside his office.

Episode 11

A mishap-filled meeting between Gang-jae and Hyo-jin's families throws their engagement in limbo. Gang-sim talks Tae-ju into righting his wrongs.

Episode 12

When she's let go from her job, Gang-sim puts on a brave face. Just as Seo-ul bids farewell to the Cha family, a surprise visitor turns up.

Episode 13

Gang-sim's in for a shock when she arrives at the apartment to meet her tenant. Gang-jae brings home a jaw-dropping wedding gift from his to-be in-laws.

Episode 14

After the wedding gift causes a rift in the family, Sun-bong goes to Gang-jae's hospital to see Hyo-jin's father. Tae-ju burns a bridge at work.

Episode 15

Eun-ho's drunken visits lead to a giant misunderstanding within the Cha family. Tae-ju stops Gang-sim from quitting the company.

Episode 16

Gang-jae would rather break the engagement than sign a prenup. Baek Seol-hui tasks Gang-sim with finding out about Tae-ju's love life.

Episode 17

Seo-ul demands the truth from Eun-ho. Gang-sim explodes after she's accused of being in a romantic relationship with Tae-ju.

Episode 18

The Cha family gets the shock of their lives when an unknown child shows up at their door. Gang-sim realizes she's been scammed.

Episode 19

Gang-jae's secret gets found out by Kwon Gi-chan, who orders him to clean up his mess. Tae-ju's helpful actions confuse Gang-sim.

Episode 20

Confronted by Heo Yang-geum, Gang-jae lashes out. Tae-ju seeks Yeong-seol's advice. Dal-bong is visited by an unwelcome friend from the past.

Episode 21

Sun-bong's back injury lands him in a hospital bed. Caught up in their own lives, not one of his children bothers to come by and check on him.

Episode 22

Gang-jae's suggestion to close down the tofu shop receives mixed reactions from the family. The children learn that Sun-bong's met a woman.

Episode 23

After being seen with Ms. Ko, Sun-bong faces opposition from his children. Gang-jae proposes an action that creates a ruckus within the family.

Episode 24

Selling their shares of the land would prove life-changing for Dal-bong and Gang-sim. Meanwhile, Sun-bong arrives at an extraordinary decision.

Episode 25

Dal-bong, Gang-sim and Gang-jae rush over to see their father, but he's nowhere to be found. Eun-ho's expectations put Dal-bong in a bind.

Episode 26

In court, the children try to argue that Sun-bong's lawsuit is ridiculous. Meanwhile, the future of Eun-ho's restaurant rests in Tae-ju's hands.

After leaving home, Gang-sim and Dal-bong find themselves homeless. Realizing who Byun Woo-tak is, Sun-bong demands answers from him.

Sun-bong reveals some of the conditions he wants each of his children to meet in order to reach a settlement in the lawsuit.

Episode 29

Going rogue, Hyo-jin takes matters into her own hands. Gang-sim, Dal-bong and Hyo-jin agree to carry out Sun-bong's conditions for three months.

Episode 30

A prickly encounter with Sun-bong hurts Tae-ju's feelings. Hyo-jin resists her parents' efforts to bring her back home.

Episode 31

When she doesn't get her way with Dae-o, Seol-hui takes drastic action. Tae-ju begs Sun-bong to cancel Gang-sim's blind dates.

Episode 32

Sun-bong's confrontation of Tae-ju in the company lobby creates a stir among all the employees. Eun-ho speaks to a reporter about Seo-ul.

Episode 33

Yang-geum feels threatened by Ms. Ko. Seo Jung-baek has no idea how his wife could be pregnant. Tae-ju protects Gang-sim from rumors.

Episode 34

When Dae-o makes Gang-sim take a week break from work, Sun-bong calls up Tae-ju. Gang-jae realizes something is off about his father.

Episode 35

Gang-jae is determined to get to the bottom of his father's actual condition. Gang-sim and Tae-ju begin dating in secret.

Episode 36

When Gang-jae arrives home drunk with his ex-girlfriend, Hyo-jin leaves for her parents' house. Gang-sim and Tae-ju's relationship meets disapproval.

Episode 37

Gang-jae's sudden change in behavior bewilders the family. Cha Sun-geum grows sad as she wonders whether she's lived a good life.

Episode 38

Sun-bong takes the children by surprise when he reveals the latest condition they must follow in the agreement. Tae-ju is stood up.

Episode 39

Gang-sim agrees to keep a huge secret from the rest of the family, and asks for Tae-ju's help in making Sun-bong's request a reality.

Episode 40

Gang-sim makes a proposal to Tae-ju, but his response disappoints her. To make matters worse, their conversation is overheard by Hyo-jin.

Episode 41

Sun-bong doesn't take kindly to Gang-sim and Tae-ju's engagement. Sun-bong's decision to give up the tofu shop upsets Dal-bong.

Episode 42

Learning the truth about Sun-bong devastates Dal-bong. Tae-ju's attempt to give Gang-sim a proper marriage proposal goes awry.

Episode 43

Sun-bong struggles to accept that Dal-bong wants to take over his tofu shop. Over drinks, Tae-ju and Sun-bong share a heartfelt conversation.

Episode 44

Giving in to Dal-bong's wishes, Sun-bong agrees to give him time to prove he's capable of running the tofu shop. Tae-ju forgets something important.

Episode 45

Tae-ju and Gang-sim set up a formal meeting for their fathers. Upon hearing Gang-sim wants to rush the ceremony, Sun-bong assumes the worst.

Episode 46

Gang-sim lies to protect her father, but things soon spiral out of control. Sun-bong tells the family he's going on vacation.

Episode 47

Gang-sim keeps up her charade. Suspecting the three siblings are up to something, Yeong-seol sets out to uncover what they're hiding.

Episode 48

Tae-ju moves into the Cha residence for a week. Seo-ul's blog catches the attention of a radio DJ who wants to feature her writing.

Episode 49

The children don't know what to make of Ms. Ko's intentions toward Sun-bong. Dal-bong learns a lesson in how to run a business.

Episode 50

Sun-geum remains angry at Sun-bong. While Tae-ju tries to stop her from leaving, Seol-hui drops an unfortunate truth about Gang-sim on Dae-o.

Episode 51

When Sun-bong returns home, Sun-geum suggests he get married. Before the wedding, Gang-sim suffers a tiring day out with Seol-hui.

Episode 52

Following the wedding, Sun-geum finally learns the truth about her brother's situation. When she goes missing, everyone gathers to look for her.

Episode 53

Sun-bong's final wish is unveiled. The entire family — and the childrens' in-laws — pull together to fulfill his request.
