The Final Obstacle

Shen Luo falls from a cliff and is thrown into the sea. To save her, Wu Julan discovers that her body shines in the waters and is surrounded by fishes, which means that his magic pearl is inside Shen Luo's body.

Trapped

Violet tells Wu Julan that the only way to take back his magic pearl from Shen Luo's body is to have her true love's kiss. Thus Liangliang decides to help Wu Julan to run after Shen Luo.

Meet The Jinn

Liangliang asks Jian Yisheng to help Wu Julan chase Shen Luo. However, Liangliang incidentally finds out that Shen Luo may have been dead in her childhood accident, and the magic pearl is sustaining her life.

Getting Back

Zhou Buyan, who is jealous of Buwen's love for Shen Luo, kidnaps and chains her inside a container, in which the rising tides almost drown Shen Luo until Wu Julan saves her in time.

Genies New Family

After the incident, Wu Julan tries to teach Shen Luo how to swim, but Shen Luo is extremely afraid of water and tells him that she was drowned and once declared of death in her childhood. Wu Julan learns the truth and begins to turn her down because kissing her will lead to her death.
