Julie & Blake

When Jonathan unveils the long list of renovations, the couple is daunted by the cost and scope of overhauling the property. David

A devoted widowed father of five, David needs to downsize to a smaller home so he can afford to pay for college tuition. Janna & Michael

With three kids and a hectic schedule, working parents Janna and Michael are desperate for more space. They've outgrown their starter home and urgently need a bigger house. But unless they revamp their cramped kitchen, chances are they'll be staying right where they are. Drew and Jonathan unveil a plan for the ultimate property swap, and although Janna is defensive about their feedback at first, the couple agrees to a strategic overhaul. Jonathan makes dramatic changes that make the house sparkle. Meanwhile, Drew finds a perfect suburban home that fits the bill, but is out of the couple's price range and preferred neighborhood.

Jeremy & LaShelle
