Kitchen Upgrade

Marc and Kim decide to remodel their kitchen and need a reliable return on the investment. Adam Berlin helps the couple install the best materials they can afford as they add new cabinets, countertops, floor and backsplash.

Backyard Deck

Adam Berlin helps a couple stretch their budget with an outdoor renovation project. They build a deck in the middle of the yard and surround it with xeriscaped landscaping, rock paths and low-voltage lighting.

Basement Finish

A family of four decides to increase their living space with a basement remodel. They turn their horror of a basement into an open multipurpose room complete with an office area, a Murphy bed and new laminate flooring.

Stepping Up the Basement

A couple's 1970s basement is holding their house back, so with the help of Amy Matthews, they roll up their sleeves to bring the basement back to the future and double their livable space.

Kitchen Catch-up

Most of Matt and Anita's house is updated and attractive, but their outdated kitchen is dragging down their home's value. With the help of Amy Matthews, they install a tile floor, hang new cabinets and replace their countertops.
