Each contestant participates in challenges to secure additional food and treats for the group, but also to avoid being voted out by viewers during their stay, with the final episode's votes nominating who wins a series and become crowned as "Jungle King/Queen".

In the final show of the series, Ant and Dec report on how the last two celebrities are shaping up. It is now up to the viewers to decide who will be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle.
