Walk the Plank

Jayleen prepares to walk a 120-foot-high plank blindfolded to take her nemesis out; the end game serves up maggot-infested cheese and a painful obstacle course.

Human Claw

A warped game of human claw machine brings the final seven face-to-face with hungry snakes and squeaking rats. With the $200,000 in sight, alliances are tested and power shifts. Who will survive the medieval End Game and secure their spot in the semi-finals?

Short Circuit

In the shocking semi-finals, alliances are tested and strategies shift after Johnny reveals a first-ever double elimination. A painful electrocution challenge puts four players at risk, but the sky-high End Game sends one of them away in an ambulance.

The Final Endgame

The final four face their fear of drowning and biting fish. Then, the two finalists go head-to-head in a race that includes leaping between speeding semi-trucks to win the $200,000 and the right to say "Fear Is Not A Factor!"

48 Hours of Fear - Part One

Competing for $50,000, six new players discover that fear never sleeps and they must carry darkling beetles in their mouths, endure a spelling bee while covered by bees and wear shock collars all night to stay awake! The first 24 hours comes to an end with the start of an all-new Pain Auction!

48 Hours of Fear - Part Two

Five sleep-deprived contestants push through another 24 hours with no sleep - facing tarantulas, needles, electrocution, and a disgusting sushi showdown that pushes one contestant over the edge. The explosive conclusion of the two-part special features a harrowing game of ATV chicken to decide who wins the $50,000 grand prize and the right to say, "Fear is not a factor!"
