Chapter 1: Amiss

An occult ritual gone wrong. A monster on the farm. Two deaths in two towns on the opposite sides of the world cause horrific monsters to manifest.

Chapter 3: Penance

Rachel is forced into the uncomfortable position of having to recruit Toby into the Foundation. Karl reconnects with his wife's sister, Mette, causing friction with Astrid.

Chapter 4: Severance

The Johansens prepare for their matriarch's funeral, while members of the Foundation prepare for an arcane ritual they hope will put an end to the Withering.

Chapter 5: Vanished

After Toby's conflict with the Foundation comes to a head, the disappearance of their children sends the lives of both families deeper into chaos and despair.

Chapter 6: Fractured

Both the Johansens and Hernandez families find their normal lives further unraveling as the disappearance of their children further strains already fractious relationships.

Chapter 7: Qualms

Astrid is confronted with evidence that makes her believe she may have hurt her son. Sparks fly when Eric becomes closer to Krista as they search for Faith in the Withering.

Chapter 8: Vision

A brutal ritual promises to show Rachel where her daughter is. Karl becomes increasingly alarmed by Eva's fascination with violence and the macabre secret Mette is hiding.

Chapter 9: Deceit

As Rachel descends further into Foundation entaglements in pursuit of Faith, in Norway, the Karl-Mette situation comes to a head.

Chapter 10: Regret

Karl must finally face the greatest tragedy of his life. Rachel finds herself on the outs from the Foundation for the first time and is confronted with her failure as a mother.

Chapter 11: Right

Astrid and Brit grieve their past while Eric faces a sex-magic ritual to protect himself from The Withering. Orson and Faith are returned unexpectedly, but not unscathed.

Chapter 12: Wrong

Astrid and Rachel become connected and work together to find out the identity of the mysterious "Lady in the Woods," the woman they suspect kidnapped their children.

Chapter 13: Consumed

The two families struggle with the bizarre changes their children have undergone. At the Foundation, Xavier faces the consequences of having brought Rachel into the fold.

Chapter 14: Revelation

The families contend with their children's increasingly disturbing behavior as they close in on a Foundation heretical sect that may be the source of their children's troubles.

Chapter 15: Pursuit

With The Heralds unmasked, Astrid and Rachel must work together to apprehend them and stop their children's increasingly disturbing behavior.

Chapter 16: Judgment

Rachel and Astrid decide what to do with the Heralds, but then the monsters set their sights on the children, while Hope's Junction and Stilledan are plunged into complete chaos.

Chapter 17: Sanctuary

The two familles struggle to protect their children from the monsters—and the townspeople who believe Orson and Faith are the source of the horror they're all experiencing now.

Chapter 18: Ensnared

Faith wields an otherworldly power, causing some townspeople to want to kill her and others to worship her as their new goddess. Astrid and Haugen figure out how to save Orson.

Chapter 19: Ignited

Relationships come to a head as Astrid faces Haugen, Brit faces herself, and the Hernandezes face each other -- and the foundation.

Chapter 20: Repentance

Eric faces the ultimate test of his loyalties. Brit confronts her self-destructive nature. Rachel takes control of her relationship to the Foundation. Astrid deals with Haugen.

Chapter 21: Ascension

Astrid and Rachel must face their demons to determine If they can save their children - or themselves - from the horrors of The Withering.
