A stranger takes Soo Yeon hostage with a knife to her throat. Fortunately, Dong Ha is able to safely rescue her without seriously getting injured. However, Soo Yeon later gets accused of hiring a man to stage a hostage situation. Meanwhile, Yu Ra receives a message from an unknown sender, and she is not happy about it.

Soo Yeon takes Jin Woo to Hye Kyung's house, using Seo Jun as an excuse. However, Dong Ha, who witnesses Soo Yeon and Jin Woo leaving the office together, gets bothered by it. Meanwhile, Yu Ra freaks out when she sees the contents of a parcel with no return address.

Jin Woo is furious at Hwa Yeong for wrongfully accusing Soo Yeon of having an affair and wants to undo his divorce. Jin Woo starts to lose his trust in Hwa Yeong after Yu Ra's miscarriage. He blames her for what happened to Soo Yeon as well. Meanwhile, Hye Kyung runs into Yu Ra coincidentally. She remembers Yu Ra from somewhere but can't quite remember.

Soo Yeon loses her temper after finding out about what Yu Ra did to Hye Kyung before her cancer surgery. However, Yu Ra does not admit to doing any of the things that she is being accused of. Meanwhile, Soo Yeon is at the hospital looking for evidence to prove that Yu Ra’s miscarriage was a fake.

With Soo Yeon’s evidence, Hwa Yeong and Jin Woo discover that Yu Ra was never pregnant. Even with all her lies exposed, Yu Ra doesn’t seem concerned at all and continues on being her normal self. Meanwhile, Hye Kyung and Sun Tae are on a date at an exhibition, and standing behind them is Hwa Yeong.

Hwa Yeong does not expect to run into Sun Tae at the exhibition, especially with a woman by his side. As soon as she gets out of the gallery, she makes sure Sun Tae is followed wherever he goes. Meanwhile, Soo Yeon and Yu Ra are competing for SA Group’s new brand, and Hwa Yeong is confused about the unforeseen result.

The police show up in front of Soo Yeon and arrest her for kidnapping her own son. As she is not able to think straight, Dong Ha helps her find out what is going on. Meanwhile, Jin A finally finds out that Mi Sook is Dong Ha's mother. She wants to let her mother know about this, but Mi Sook made sure to keep this a secret.

After learning illegal funding occurred, Dong Ha tells Hwa Yeong that Bareun Partners will withdraw their investment in SA Group. That puts Hwa Yeong in a dire situation, and she scrambles to find a way to preempt a disaster. Meanwhile, Jin Woo hands Yu Ra divorce papers.

Hwa Yeong has no choice but to keep Yu Ra by her side after finding out about the voice recording that Yu Ra has on her. Mi Sook introduces Dong Ha as her son to Hwa Yeong, shocking Hwa Yeong. Dong Ha can't grasp why his mother would do that and becomes angry. Meanwhile, Jin A tells Soo Yeon that her mother officially met Dong Ha's mother for lunch with their marriage in mind.

Soo Yeon furiously grabs Yu Ra by her throat and demands to know why she killed her father. Yu Ra still denies it. However, with evidence in Soo Yeon's hands, Yu Ra needs a way out. She approaches Young Ji for help one more time.

Soo Yeon is certain that it was either Hwa Yeong or Yu Ra who was responsible for her father’s death. She realizes that she could devise a little scheme with the flash drive to find out which one of the two is lying. Meanwhile, Yu Ra gladly agrees to sign the divorce papers, but Hwa Yeong suspects that Yu Ra must be up to no good.

Soo Yeon looks into the case of a steep increase in the sales of the design team, and she stumbles upon an irregularity in the sales report. Meanwhile, Mi Sook continues to struggle to end the relationship between Soo Yeon and Dong Ha, but dealing with her son and his issues seems to be more difficult than anything that she has ever done.

Hwa Yeong tries to get Jin A to forget Dong Ha by setting her up on a date, but Jin A only wants to be with Dong Ha.
