The war is over, and hero Dias is finally rewarded with land of his own—only to discover it's a barren frontier with no people, no villages, and no sign of civilization. With nothing but endless grassland ahead of him, Dias sets out to build a domain from the ground up. But after meeting Alna, a mysterious girl with a blue horn, his lonely frontier is about to spring to life.

Dias is awarded a domain for his wartime service, but there's one small problem. Does anyone even live there?
Dias settles into daily life with Alna, and little by little, people begin to come calling.
The population of Nezrose slowly grows, including a few surprises courtesy of an unusual visitor.
Dias meets the new lord of the neighboring domain, and he learns there are many rumors about them both.
