Major Grom: Against the Rules
After catching the Plague Doctor, Igor Grom became a symbol of peace for all of St. Petersburg. His life is perfect—during the day, he catches criminals with his partner Dima Dubin, and in the evenings, he spends time with his girlfriend Yulia Pchelkina. However, everything changes abruptly when arms magnate August van der Holt arrives in town to sign a contract to modernize the police force. To do so, he enlists the services of a mercenary nicknamed Ghost, who is tasked with eliminating Grom and sowing panic among the peaceful population.

After Grom and Dubin try to suppress the prison riot, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is thinking about replacing employees with drones.
Igor Grom faces a villain in a mask, and later receives a call from a terrorist who reports a bomb.
Dubin decides to find out who is behind the prison riots. Grom asks for help from Pryserov, a journalist.
Major Grom goes to a psychiatric hospital to meet with Razumovsky. Through a game of chess, they explore their memories of childhood.
While Julia makes a report on a bomber terrorizing the city, Grom attacks Razumovsky.
Dubin and Julia form a plan to save the city. Meanwhile, Major Grom turns to Razumovsky for help.
