At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Xiao Fugui's grandfather was the imperial chef of the Empress Dowager Cixi, but he was accidentally involved in a conspiracy, and was mistakenly regarded as the culprit of poisoning and thrown into prison. In order to restore his grandfather's innocence, Xiao Fugui resolutely embarked on a journey. He wants to obtain eighteen golden kitchen utensils by himself, and carry forward the style of Hongjia cuisine.
