He previously served as President and CEO of Multisys Technologies Corporation and Vice President at PLDT Enterprise. He is known for his leadership and investment in the telecommunications, offshoring and outsourcing (O&O), fintech, and data center sectors. Victor Aliwalas was born in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
